Designed for preparation of rubber compounds to be used for qua­lity control of caoutchoucs in accord with ISO 2393 requirements.

Applied at chemical industry enterprises.

The mill consists of a bed, rolls, a drive, a mechanism for moving apart the rolls, control desks, a collector and devices for emergency shut-down of the upper and lower rolls.

The rubber compound is processed in the roll opening adjusted by the front roll displacement.

Temperature regulation of the roll surface is provided by supplying water and steam.

In an emergency the rolls are moved apart by the electric motor for the emergency withdrawal of the front roll.

In the case of overloads the safety washer is sheared off.

   The mill is designed for warming and sheeting-out rubber mixes. It is used in the shops of rubber processing plants. It is possible to use the mill in large shoes repair shops.

It consists of a frame, rolls, a drive, a mechanism for moving apart the rolls, control desks, a collector, upper and lower devices of emergency shut-down.

The rubber mix is treated while it is passed through the roll opening adjustable by moving the front roll.

 Provision is made for water cooling of roll working surface.

 In the emergency the rolls are moved apart with the help of the elect­ric motor for emergency withdrawal of the front roll.

A safety washer is sheared when the mill is overloaded.

 

Rubber processing rolls

  The rubber processing rolls are intended for determining optimum parameters of rubber mixture preparation schedule.

  The rolls are used in laboratories and experimental shops of rubber processing factories.

  The rubber processing rolls consist of rolls, a drive, a front roll po­sitioning mechanism, a heat carrier supply assembly, emergency devi­ces, a frame and a centralized lubrication system.

  Rubber mixture is processed in the roll opening adjustable by displa­cing the front roll.

  Provision is made for control of temperature of the roll surface by supplying steam and water.

  Safe operation of the rolls is ensured by one upper and two lower emergency devices. The safety washer is sheared when the rolls are overloaded.

The mill is designed for forming and warming rubber mixes (also hard ones) from natural and synthetic rubber.

The mill comprises a drive, a frame, a mechanism for separating rolls, a heat carrier supply unit and a lubricating system. The mill is placed on the vibration-proof support and requires no fastening to the foundation.

The rubber mix is treated while it is passing through the roll ope­ning adjustable by moving the front roll.

Provision is made for roll surface temperature control by supplying water or steam.

The safety of mill operation is ensured by one upper and two lower emergency devices. A safety washer is sheared when the mill is over­loaded. The lubricating system is centralized.

Designed to make measured blanks of side walls of heavy duty ty­res and treads up to 1000 mm in width with superposition of calendared interlayer and protective polyethylene film on the lower part of profile.

The line consists of a number of machines connected with each other by belt and chain conveyers which are provided with individual control drives for synchronous operation of the line (see processing diagram).

Rubber stock is extruded in the screw press and as a continuous strip it is advanced to the receiving unit and then to the forced shrinkage unit. After that the continuous strip is advanced to the calendar where superposition of rubber interlayer to the lower part of the profiled blank is performed.

The line set doesn't include the calendar.

The superposition of protective polymer film to the lower part of the blank is carried out in the doubling unit.

The doubled strip is advanced to the refrigerators where it is cooled with water by means of irrigation method.

The cooled strip is advanced to the cutting-off machine where it is cut into pieces of measured length.

Then the pieces of the strip are advanced to the chain conveyer where water drops are blown away by compressed air, after that the blanks are advanced to the scale roll table where they are weighed and trans­ferred to the stock-room of assembly shop.

The plant manufactures a similar line for blanks with width up to 600 mm.

                   The circuit of a line from right to left

  The line consists from diagonal cutting the machine, compensator, the conveyor, calendar 4-350-800, installations of imposing of tapes on edges(territories) of a textile cord, cold the drums, the turning off device, three extruders Ø 90 , 125 (150 ) with conveyors.

 The cord cut on diagonal cuting to the machine, is stacked on the conveyor on light beacons, is joined and moves through compencator and centering device on the conveyor four is shaky calender where there is an imposing duplicated on top rolls a material on a cord. (See characteristics and the description of work 4 roll calender )

  A feed calender is made from two extruders Ø 90 (125 ( 150 ) (depending on technology) on two conveyors. Arrangement extruders and conveyors is defined by the customer in a place.

 Further the duplicated cord acts on installation of imposing of tapes On installation there is a centering of the duplicated cord, imposing and a clip of tapes on edges a tight layer tyre. Tapes move through the profile head with extruder Ø 90, on the conveyor to the movement of a cord established perpendicularly through system of rollers.

 Cooling of the duplicated cloth occurs on cooling drums of installation cooling, the quantity and the sizes of drums are specified on working speed of a line.

 Then through the second compensator the cloth moves on curtailing in a roll. A design curtailing in a roll according to requirements of the Customer.

The mixer is designed to prepare rubber compounds in small quan­tities and to develop the mixing mode under laboratory conditions.

The mixer incorporates a split mixing chamber with pneumatic ac­tuators for the half-chambers and the locking device, rotors with an electric drive, a loading chamber with a pneumatic actuator for the lock, a system for heating and cooling the half-chambers, a bed on vibrosupports

The mixer is fitted with replaceable four- and two-blade rotors, a d.c. motor drive, an automatic control system and a temperature control station.

The application of the new model of a laboratory mixer improves the quality of the produced rubber compounds, extends the sphere of research, provides stepless control of the rotor speed and automatic maintenance of the heat carrier temperature.

The installation is designed to grind rubber briquettes and to granulate the obtained product (granule size is Ø20Õ20 mm).

The installation incorporates an extruder with a drive (an electric motor and a reducer) and cutter device with a drive (an electric motor and a belt transmission). In the extruder body there are a screw shaft, stationary knives and a die plate. The stationary knives in a pair with the screw shaft blades operate on the principle of scissors.

In the extruder the rubber briquette is ground, the obtained rub­ber mass is forced through the die holes and cut Into granules by the knives of the rotary device placed coaxiaily and right up to the die plate.

The installation is fitted with an automatic control and overload protection system.

The mixer is designed for preparation of rubber cement in various concentrations in industrial and research laboratories.

The rubber cement components are charged into the mixing cham­ber with horizontally disposed blades rotating in opposite directions at different speeds.

The inner cavity of the chamber and the mixing blades are polished to facilitate the clearing of the machine from cement.

The cement is discharged by tilting the chamber to the stop on the frame.

The mixer is equipped with a pressure gauge, a monometer, a thermometer, a clock and a device for proportioning the solvent.

This line is used to produce tablets of fibrous moulding material ÀÃ-4Â and fiber-filled moulding material Ó2-301-07.

Fiber glass is processed automatically and the line is designed to permit the use of the industrial ventilation that safeguards the atten­dants from occupational diseases and the atmosphere from being laden with toxic dust.

The line comprises a pressing mechanism with a hydraulic drive, a raw material delaminating mechanism with an electromechanical drive, a cabinet with automatic control equipment.

The raw material delamination mechanism consists of a receiving bin and a raw material delaminating drum. The pressing mechanism consists of a pressing chamber, a pressing tool (a die), a cutter (a gate) and a tablet ejector.

The line permits two modes of operation; adjusting and automatic.

A batch of raw material charged into the pressing chamber is forced by the punch through the die into the cutter nests. As the nests are filled with moulding material, the cutter is shifted to the tablet ejector zone. The moulded tablets are delivered to the receiving bin over a chute.

It is a single-position horizontal hydraulic press, which consists of a pressing mechanism, a bed, a hydraulic drive, pneumatic and electrical equipment.

The pressing mechanism is installed On the welded-construction. bed. It carries out: filling of the pressing chamber , cutoff of a batch of powder, pressing of tablets, their ejection and discharge info the containers.

Powder pressing is performed in the matrix between the action and reaction punches.

The hydraulic equipment and the drive are mounted in the bed.

The tablet pressing, the movement of the punch and the feeder and the powder filling control are effected from the hydraulic drive with pneumatic control.

The tabletting machine is furnished with a system maintaining the tablet mass to an accuracy of 2% (in terms of phenoplast).

In the course of the machine operation the following parameters are controlled: molding powder tilling, tabletting force, time and conditions of tablet pressing, time of feeder holdup in the tablet knockout position.

The calender is designed for the production of plain and three di­mensional profile rubber bands from raw compounds. It can be used at mechanical rubber goods works and in rubber foot-wear manufacture.

The roll speed control is steeples.

The rubber compound is being processed as it is successively pas­sing through the roll openings adjusted by the displacement of the rolls.

The roll surface temperature is controlled by supplying steam or water. Uniform heating is provided by steam circulation in special pe­ripheral channels.

The instrumentation ensures control of heating temperature, rotational speed of the rolls and the roll opening; provision is made for audible and light warning.

The calender is equipped with an original wedge device which ma­kes it possible to improve the rubber sheet quality.
